§Application:Online + Hard Copy
1. Online Application:
Please log in to the Degree Examination Application System and submit your application before the deadline.
(NYCU Single Portal → Yangming Campus → University Affairs Information → Course System → Degree Examination Application → New Application)
2. Hard Copy Submission:
Please submit a complete set of hard-copy documents to the Program Office before the deadline.
§Required Documents for Application Review:
1. Degree Examination Application Form:
Downloaded after completion via the NYCU Single Portal → University Administration System.
(Includes the Degree Examination Committee List: Oral examiners must hold the rank of Assistant Professor or above for master’s programs. Any examiner who does not meet the required academic rank must be approved by the Program Committee.)
2. Official Academic Transcript (All Semesters)
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) of Oral Examiner(s) Attending NYCU for the First Time
(Including publications from the past three years; one page is sufficient.)
4. Course Schedule Copy
(Required if you are enrolled in courses during the semester of application.)
5. Application Form for Changes to the Master’s Degree Examination Committee
(Required if there is any change in committee members; online application information must also be updated accordingly.)
6. Graduate Degree Examination Application Review List
(Completed collectively by the department/program.)
§Documents for the Degree Oral Examination:
1. Grading sheet
2. Degree Examination Approval Form
3. Thesis Oral Examination Evaluation Form
(One form per examiner.)
4. Oral Examination Fee Receipt List
5. Bank Account Information Form
(Required if the examiner is serving as an oral examiner at NYCU for the first time.)
6. Oral Examination Venue Registration
(Please register the venue with the Program Office in advance.)
7. Post-Examination Submission
On the day after the oral defense, please submit the grading sheets and the oral examination fee receipt list to the Program Office for review, after which they will be forwarded to the Registrar’s Office.
